The "CAPITAL" make Single Phase 2 wire and Three Phase 3/4 wire KWH meters are induction type integrating Energy Meters developed after laborious tests and field study. Apart from being compact, elegant in design, simple in construction, they offer the twin objectives of accuracy, durability and are easily comparable with the best products of international repute.

Manufacturing process are under constant review by the in-house R&D, which directs rigorous quality control adopted at each stage of production. In a step towards the goal of "TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM)", the company has been certified as an ISO-9001 Company (Scope - Design, Manufacturing, Sales & Servicing of Energy Meters) by Det Norske Veritas, Netherland which is accredited by the Dutch Council for Certification (RVC Scheme). ISO 9001 certification is a recognition for adopting International Quality Standards at all levels at its works.

The company has installed a fully computerized Electronic Testing Equipment of Accuracy Class 0.05 alongwith a number of super accuracy digital and rotary standards from Germany, Switzerland and USA. The accuracy of the testing equipment is traceable to PTB Germany. The company have recently installed 20 KVA capacity Constant Voltage, Constant Frequency Power Source to energise the test benches.

By virtue of its quality products, comparable to the best available, the company’s customer segment not only covers all the State Electricity Boards and Power Utilities of INDIA but has also exported meters to BHUTAN, GHANA, KENYA, BANGLADESH, ABU-DHABI and MUSCAT and many more are on their way.

The "CAPITAL" group enjoys a domestic market share of over 14% (approx).

The company has major expansion and diversification plans to manufacture Electronic Single / Three Phase whole current and Trivector Energy meters of International Quality.
